I'm undertaking research for my PhD exegesis and finding my theoretical approach by looking at Bosnian Studies and how I am contributing to it. While reading a chapter by Hariz Halilovich called Writing Home where he examines A literary cartography of Bosnian diaspora and I'm mentioned in his chapter. Wow, just wow.
I quiet published my first box set and just realised I need to try and drum up some reviews and ratings. So if you're interested in reading all three of my books and my bonus stories and giving me a review or rating, go to this link on BookSirens and you can download a copy. Your support is much appreciated. Link in bio.

Yesterday I received an email from VCAA Copyright writing to me on behalf of the "Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) seeking your permission to reproduce an article of yours, in slightly abridged form, which the VCAA wishes to include in the new sample exam for VCE Sociology. " As a writer and a teacher this is everything. It means so much that an article that I wrote has resonated with so many readers and is now being used as a educational resource. This article was very personal and led to me being a tiny celebrity in my local suburb of St Albans and it makes me so proud that it's getting to be read by many more.
This was the first article that was accepted by The Age and was published in both the hardcover and digital format so that was a particularly amazing experience.
