Suicide Watch

Picture
Sabiha thinks work experience will give her the opportunity to break free of the limitations of being a Bosnian girl from the Western suburbs, instead she ends up in a counselling office.

Suicide Watch is a short story from my book of short stories The Cuckoo's Song. It features my character of Sabiha from my young adult novel Sabiha's Dilemma in a scene that was cut from the book.
